SPRING 2012 Schedule
BROOKLINE - Mondays
LOCATION: 50 Sewall Avenue, Brookline (part of Temple Sinai)
DATES: April 1 to June 25, 11 Mondays (no class on 4/16 or 5/28)
CLASS TIMES: Note - all classes are 45 minutes
- 9:30am Mixed age class up to 4yrs with caregiver
- 10:30am Mixed age class up to 4yrs with caregiver
- 1pm 3 to 5 years with caregiver (younger siblings ok)
COST: $225 for first child, $110 for siblings. Includes 11 weekly classes plus take home CD. (2nd child under 1 year as of 4/1/12 is free.)
Discounts: Previously enrolled in any class with Philip, take $20 off total.

2) Your child's name and date of birth, (please include info for all siblings who will be attending class)
3) Indicate your first and second choice (if possible) of class location, day and time.
4) Please mail payment upon receipt of your confirmation email, which will include payment instructions.
