Spring 2012 Schedule
MARBLEHEAD - Thursdays
LOCATION: You+Me Studio, 66 Washington Street, Marblehead. Check out the fitness and other great programs at the You + Me Studio at www.bodybabyfitness.com
DATES: April 5 to June 21, 11 Thursdays (No class on 4/19)
CLASS TIMES: Note - all classes are 45 minutes
- 9:45am Mixed age - infant to 4yrs with caregiver
- 10:45am Mixed age - infant to 4yrs with caregiver
- 1pm Preschool age - 3 to 5 years with caregiver
COST: $205 for first child, $105 for siblings. (2nd child under 1 year as of 4/5/12 is free.) Tuition includes 11 weekly classes plus take home CD.
Discount: previously enrolled in any class with Philip, take $20 off.

2) Your child's name and date of birth, (please include info for all siblings who will be attending class)
3) Indicate your first and second choice (if possible) of class location, day and time.
4) Please mail payment upon receipt of your confirmation email, which will include payment instructions.
