Educator

Music to help children sing, play, grow & learn!

For over 15 years, thousands of children in preschools, elementary schools and summer camps have sang, danced, laughed and made music with Philip Alexander! Assembly programs for older children are designed to educate and entertain, with themes such as “American Heroes”, “I Can Be ME!” and “One Planet Is All We’ve Got”.

The “Sing, Play, Grow” music enrichment program for younger children emphasizes mastery of rhythm, rhyme, and melody through song, dance and hands-on percussion play. In regular classes and at special events, children are moved by Philip’s gentle humor and inviting way of making music accessible and interesting.
Sing, Play, Grow with Philip Alexander plants the seeds of musical growth in a creative and child-honoring way. Children are encouraged to find their own voices, to explore movement and dance freely, and to share joyful experiences with their class and community
